Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Rendall & Rittner, an acclaimed Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is on the lookout for a Day Concierge. This is an incredible career opportunity with a fantastic package.

Position: Day Concierge

Location: City Peninsula (SE10)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 1300 - 2100

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Development Details

This role will be based at one of the first buildings to have been completed at the iconic Greenwich Peninsula. City Peninsula consists of 330 residential apartments in one block, includes 24 hour concierge and secure parking.

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
