Dakota Hotels in Manchester is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join a busy, fast-paced kitchen team. You will cook to the Head Chef's specifications, manage breakfast prep, and help maintain a clean, well-organised service area.

Strong focus on pace, teamwork, and safety is essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional kitchen experience in a full-service restaurant, be prepared for early shifts, and commit to high standards of food hygiene and service.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Willing to work early morning shifts – being a morning person is advantageous.
• Ability to work at pace and stay calm under pressure during service.
• Health & Safety, Allergens and Food Hygiene training are provided if not already held.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and work a busy Breakfast service.
• Prepare and cook dishes to Head Chef specifications.
• Carry out breakfast prep and set up section before lunch service.
• Multi-task during busy service and maintain cleanliness and organisation.
• Ensure kitchen health and safety standards are met and adhered to.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
