The role requires at least 3 years in a full-service restaurant and the ability to work early shifts. The role offers a permanent contract with minimum 16 hours per week and pays £14.95 per hour, including a guaranteed basic rate plus tron.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional cooking in a full-service restaurant as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Able to work early morning shifts; morning person preferred.
• Ability to work at pace and maintain composure under pressure.
• Training in Health & Allergens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work a busy Breakfast service.
• Prepare and cook dishes per Head Chef specifications.
• Carry out prep work for breakfast and set up sections before lunch service.
• Multi-task during busy service times.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house teams.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
• Support across different kitchen areas when needed.
