EY seeks a Senior Manager – Databricks AI & Data Client Solutions Lead to scale our Databricks-led AI and Data business from London. You will identify business challenges, shape solutions, and lead teams to deliver production-grade data, analytics, AI and GenAI capabilities.

The role requires deep Databricks expertise, experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, and a commercial mindset to drive pipeline, co-sell opportunities, and client value.

Formación

• Extensive experience in consulting or data transformation programs.
• Deep expertise across the Databricks ecosystem and related tools.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale data/AI transformations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify problems and shape Databricks-led designs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI transformations in client environments.
• Oversee governance, architecture reviews, and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with alliance and sales teams to develop opportunities and go-to-market plans.
