Deloitte in London is seeking an experienced Databricks Architect at Senior Manager level to shape enterprise Data & AI architectures and lead technology strategy across large programmes.

You will partner with data, AI, cloud, and engineering specialists to drive modern platforms, governance, and secure, scalable solutions aligned to client objectives. Hybrid working in London is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise architecture for large-scale Data & AI transformation programmes.
• Hands-on experience designing production-grade solutions on the Databricks platform.
• Strong experience defining enterprise solution architecture and ML architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical strategy for large-scale Databricks Data & AI transformation programmes.
• Define end-to-end solution architectures spanning data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI workloads.
• Provide architectural governance and design authority across multiple programmes, ensuring security standards and governance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate architecture into high-quality technical delivery, including backlog shaping and non-functional requirements.
