Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Databricks AI and Data client solutions from London. You will shape end-to-end Databricks-based implementations, drive adoption of Lakehouse architectures, and lead cross-functional teams delivering AI, data engineering, and GenAI capabilities.

You will work with Databricks alliance teams and client executives to grow the opportunity pipeline, define senior-level strategies, and ensure delivery excellence across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation experience.
• Deep Databricks expertise across the Databricks Intelligence Platform and related tools.
• Proven ability to shape and deliver large-scale data and AI transformations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape Databricks-led solution designs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, consultants and delivery experts.
• Land into client environments, build prototypes and align stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, architecture reviews, and key design decisions.
• Collaborate with alliance teams to identify joint go-to-market opportunities.
