What does the role involve?

As a Terms and Database Team Leader, you'll support and lead the team responsible for maintaining the vehicle database for all related teams, ensuring all vehicle data is accurate and correct. You'll also communicate with manufacturers and dealerships periodically, extracting and clarifying key data and vehicle discounts.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Allocating workload and managing SLAs
• Managing the team inbox for internal and external queries
• Keeping the quoting system up to date for customers
• Applying accurate discounts to vehicles
• Analyzing and extracting data from report spreadsheets
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with all suppliers and manufacturers

What are we looking for?

You're passionate about people management and enjoy working within a task-driven environment. You take pride in your keen eye for detail, ensuring systems and documentation are up to date and maintaining accuracy within the team.

Additionally, we're looking for:

• Ability to lead and coach colleagues
• Strong IT literacy, particularly with Excel
• A pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
