Job Description:

Our client, located just south of Reading, is seeking a proactive and process-oriented individual to join their events team as a Database / Events Administrator. In this role, you will provide essential database and administrative support to the busy fundraising team and serve as one of the lead contacts for the CRM database.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  1. Monitoring and updating contact preferences in line with GDPR regulations.
  2. Setting up and monitoring events on the CRM, including reviewing sales.
  3. Adding and amending event bookings.
  4. Assisting with the management of event registration via the registration portal.
  5. Maintaining and developing CRM reports to support the Fundraising Team.
  6. Managing the stockroom and product/prizes for all central events.
  7. Liaising with the Finance team regarding bookings and donations on the CRM Meetings.
  8. Running monthly reconciliation finance meetings with the Events and Finance Teams.

This role requires someone who can handle ad hoc requests effectively, as no two days are the same.
