As our Groups & Events Administrator, you will be responsible for providing seamless support in organizing group reservations and events, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Your duties will include:

  1. Supporting the Groups and Events team with general administrative tasks
  2. Being the key point of contact to book and plan all logistics for internal and marketing department events
  3. Handling administrative tasks related to group and event bookings, including processing deposits, issuing invoices, and managing event-related paperwork
  4. Ensuring Delphi & Opera systems are up to date with all booking information, including updates provided by the team

  • A proactive, detail-focused individual with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in event coordination, group reservations, or hotel administration (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
