Trinity Hospice is seeking a database administrator to join the Fundraising Team. You’ll ensure accurate processing and recording of fundraising income and supporter information in Donorflex, reconcile income, acknowledge donations promptly, and maintain meticulous donor records.
You’ll collaborate with fundraising and finance colleagues, manage Direct Debits, and contribute to income analysis while upholding data protection standards and providing excellent customer service.

Salary: £25,948 FTE (for 21 hours £14,727)

We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Database Administrator to join our Fundraising Team and play a key role in ensuring our supporter and income data is accurate, up to date and managed to the highest standard.
You’ll be responsible for the accurate processing and recording of fundraising income and supporter information within our CRM database, Donorflex. Working closely with fundraising and finance colleagues, you’ll help ensure income is reconciled correctly, donations are acknowledged promptly and supporter records are maintained with exceptional attention to detail.
