Qualifications

• Proven Project Management Experience leading complex, end-to-end transformation projects in fast-paced B2B SaaS or tech environments.
• Hands-on Data Transformation expertise balancing data architecture and driving data adoption.
• Strong Change Management background embedding new ways of working across cross-functional teams.
• Desirable: experience delivering AI adoption, ML, or intelligent automation projects with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to step into active transformation environments and deliver structured outcomes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Data Transformation & Architecture: establish a unified enterprise data architecture, manage data hygiene and governance while enabling data-led decisions.
• Data Quality & Compliance: ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across business levels.
• AI Adoption & Process Change: support milestones in the enterprise AI adoption programme and deploy AI-enabled workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement: lead projects involving senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
• Executive Communication: translate complex tech concepts into clear business narratives for sponsors and committees.
• Governance & Delivery: define scope, milestones, KPIs, and risk management using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
