Job summary

Dataworks is partnering with a major international consumer technology business to recruit an AI Transformation Manager. The role focuses on turning AI opportunities into practical use cases and driving them from idea to implementation across digital products, customer experience, marketing and commercial operations.

You will lead a lean data team and collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Commercial, Data and Finance to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustained AI adoption,

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and their practical applications.
• Experience identifying and implementing AI use cases.
• Experience working within a complex organisation.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to prioritise opportunities.
• Ability to communicate with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience taking initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI opportunity pipeline, identifying where AI adds value and prioritising opportunities.
• Take ideas into production, leading from exploration to adoption with technical teams.
• Bridge business and technology, translating commercial problems into clear AI use cases and communicating limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Influence senior stakeholders across the organisation to achieve alignment and funding for AI initiatives.
