Job summary

Datatonic is seeking a Delivery Lead to own end-to-end strategic delivery for our most complex data and AI programs. You will align with the Account Manager and technical leadership to design, govern, and realise value for executive sponsors.

This consultative role requires strong pre-sales, contract scoping, and P&L oversight, plus mastery of Agile and hybrid methods. You’ll manage multi-team delivery, nurture C-suite relationships, and develop teams to scale transformational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, Big Four, or software vendor focused on enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale data/AI transformation programs.
• Proven pre-sales and contract scoping experience.
• Senior stakeholder management with ability to translate complex roadmaps to business language.
• Commercial acumen with forecasting and P&L for professional services.
• Deep understanding of Agile/hybrid methods.
• Certifications: Agile, Prince2, or Scrum.
• Experience with JIRA or similar ITS tools.
• Strong communicator and negotiator.
