Job summary

Commify seeks a delivery professional to own high-impact initiatives in Data Transformation and Enterprise AI Adoption. You will drive cultural, operational and behavioural changes to achieve a single source of truth, partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.

The role emphasizes strong PM discipline, data governance and executive storytelling, with a hybrid working model and a competitive reward package.

Qualifications

Proven project management experience leading complex, end-to-end transformation projects.
Hands-on data transformation and architecture delivery with change management.
Experience or strong interest in AI adoption and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Data Transformation & Architecture: lead core projects establishing a unified enterprise data architecture.
Data Quality & Compliance: ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across business levels.
AI Adoption & Process Change: support milestones in enterprise AI adoption and workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement: lead projects with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
Executive Communication: translate technical concepts into clear business narratives for sponsors and committees.
Governance & Delivery: set scope, milestones, KPIs, and risk management using Agile/Waterfall/hybrid.
