Job summary

South Thames Colleges Group seeks a Digital Data, Systems & Insights Officer to enhance its digital systems, reporting tools and data processes. You will support data flows, SQL reporting, Power BI dashboards, and integrations, working within the MIS function to ensure accurate data for management and learners.

You will develop and maintain relational databases, QA data quality, and contribute to BI initiatives across the Group, including Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

Qualifications

• Relational databases experience and data modelling are essential.
• Experience using data analysis tools to cleanse, manipulate and interpret large datasets.
• Familiarity with full software development lifecycle and BI reporting enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries, reports and data extracts.
• Support and enhance MS Reporting Services reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Design and optimise data flows across systems and perform testing/QA.
• Maintain technical documentation for digital solutions and integrations.
• Collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
