Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a dedicated Customer Data Services Executive to support clients with reporting and data quality. The role partners with Account Managers, Customer Services and Implementation teams to meet customer requirements and handle information requests.

You will administer Fleet Reporting tools, provide accurate reporting solutions, and help maintain data controls. This is a fixed-term, part-time position with a 20-hour work week, based in the UK.

Qualifications

• Highly developed Customer Service skills with a passion for data accuracy and integrity.
• Skilled in data analysis with a proven ability to problem solve and find alternative methods.
• Able to identify root cause of data corruption and resolve with process owner.
• Able to produce and assess a high volume of information quickly and accurately.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes.
• Experience working in a team environment while able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to take initiative and make decisions as required.
• Solid knowledge of IT packages (MS Excel, Cognos 8, AS400, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Prioritise workload to ensure delivery of standard and complex reporting within SLAs.
• Deliver the Customer Data Services product offerings/DataPlan.
• Respond professionally to customer requests and escalate queries through proper channels.
• Provide accurate and efficient service under tight deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain data quality and integrity for reporting.
