iwoca is seeking a Data Scientist for its 3PA Germany team. You will design experiments, build predictive models, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for brokers and partners.

You’ll work with commercial and product colleagues to prioritise questions and shape lending outcomes for small businesses. Expect to apply statistical methods, physiological experiments, and machine learning where appropriate, contributing to growth in Germany while collaborating with UK data science

Qualifications

• Statistical foundations from a quantitative field such as mathematics, physics, or statistics.
• Experience designing and analysing experiments; estimating causal effects from observational data.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyse experiments across broker and partner funnels.
• Build models to predict take-up and lifetime value of offers.
• Collaborate with commercial and product teams to decide which questions to prioritise.
