iwoca is hiring a Data Scientist for the Broker Flow team. You will own projects end to end, designing experiments and causal analyses to guide commercial decisions.

You’ll build models, run tests, and present results to strategy colleagues, while engaging brokers to contextualize questions and validate outcomes. The role sits within a small, cross-functional team spanning commercial strategy, engineering, design, and data science.

Qualifications

• Design experiments and causal analyses to inform product decisions.
• Own projects end to end from framing to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Frame problems and choose methods for analysis.
• Build models or run tests to answer business questions.
• Present findings to commercial and strategy teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists across broker and partner teams.
• Meet brokers in person to gain contextual insights.
• Share learnings in weekly/fortnightly sessions.
