iwoca is seeking a Data Scientist for the Partner Flow team in a hybrid London role. You will design experiments, apply causal inference, and build models to measure how partner platforms affect lending and growth. You’ll own projects end-to-end, collaborating with product, engineering, and Commercial teams to translate insights into decisions.

• You have a quantitative degree and comfort with uncertainty and calibration.
• You have designed and analyzed experiments where signal is separated from noise.
• You have used data science to shape commercial decisions in industry or consultancy.

• You adapt calls as new data arrives and tighten answers.
• You have used AI to build analysis pipelines or prototypes.
• You write and speak clearly to non-technical colleagues.
