Job summary

iwoca is seeking a Data Scientist for the Broker Flow team in London. You will own experiments shaping the broker application journey, performing causal inference, and turning insights into decisions used by commercial and strategy colleagues.

The role involves end-to-end project ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and presenting Learnings across iwoca. The team works across the full application stack, with opportunities to meet brokers, apply AI where helpful, and contribute

Qualifications

• Background in probability and statistics from a quantitative field.
• Experience separating signal from noise in observational/experimental data.
• Ability to frame questions, choose methods, and land results with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design experiments and perform causal inference to inform product decisions.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem framing to delivering insights to commercial teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists across broker teams and share learnings in weekly sessions.
