Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions is seeking a proactive coordinator to support the British Gas fleet, ensuring vehicles stay on the road. You will manage maintenance and repairs, liaise with repairers and keep customers updated throughout the journey.

The role requires 50% office presence at our Trowbridge site and a pattern of working one Saturday in four with a day off in lieu. You’ll bring automotive industry experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently while

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive environment or service-oriented role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and pace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs from start to finish.
• Liaise with repairers, monitor progress and control costs to minimise downtime.
• Produce daily booking reports and updates for customers.
• Take inbound calls and manage the shared inbox with timely replies.
