Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Specialist to own Data Management operations and ensure timely, accurate data setup for client instructions. You will be the go-to contact for data issues, promoting high data quality across the business and supporting audit activities.

You will work within the Data Management team to implement standardized processes, drive improvements, and train colleagues as needed. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of legal lease documentation.
• Experience in data management environments.
• Familiar with data governance and audit practices.

Responsibilities

• Review tenancy documents and ensure data quality.
• Transfer lease data into the management database within SLA timelines.
• Be the main data contact for internal and external partners.
• Lead data quality audits and reconcile datasets across systems.
• Support reporting and controls for critical events.
