Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Quality Controller to join the Data Management team in the UK. You will review leases and related documents, ensuring accurate transfer of lease data into the management database and maintaining data integrity across Clients, Properties and Units.

You will work with PAM department teams, take ownership of the data management process, and support audits and improvement projects while upholding our commitment to inclusion and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret leases and other related documents.
• Ensure accurate transfer of lease data into the management database, within SLA.
• Review data input from other team members to guarantee dataset integrity.
• Maintain Clients, Properties and Units records in the management database.
• Act as main point of contact for other operation teams within the PAM department.
• Take full ownership of the Data Management process.
• Coordinate corrective actions with management and monitor data accuracy.
• Assist in audits and project work as required.
