Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Administration, or equivalent, with GCSEs in Maths and English.
• IM & IT qualification or demonstrable software proficiency; willingness to pursue additional qualifications.
• Experience in data quality roles within an acute trust or NHS environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure up-to-date guidance on data quality and patient data management.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Cerner and the NHS Care Record Service.
• Identify and correct data quality issues in patient systems.
• Validate patient journeys and ensure data quality is exceptional.
• Support training and SOP development for standardised working practices.
