Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Safeguarding Quality & Assurance Officer to support the Safeguarding Team with data collation, audits and administrative duties across the Trust. This role involves handling sensitive information about safeguarding adults and children and ensuring timely action on internal and external audits.

The post is a permanent, full-time position based at Coventry, with normal hours of 37.5 per week.

Qualifications

• Must possess GCSE A-C English and Maths and NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
• Recent office experience with safeguarding processes.
• Knowledge of MS Office and NHS IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support safeguarding activity by collecting, collating and presenting data.
• Assist audits and provide assurances to Trust committees.
• Maintain data quality on Trust systems.
• Organise meetings, take notes and follow up actions.
• Provide administrative support for safeguarding training.
