Job summary

Our Future Health UK is seeking a Director of Data Operations & Governance to lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from onboarding to release, across a large health research programme. You will shape operating models, ensure security and privacy, and partner with senior stakeholders to enable trusted data for research.

The role reports to the Chief Data Officer and requires building a capable team while growing the function to handle increasing data volume and complexity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data operations and governance at scale.
• Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data operations and governance.
• Oversee data releases and onboarding across data sources.
• Define operating models, standards and work practices.
• Build and develop a team of Data Managers and governance professionals.
