Intact Insurance, formerly RSA in the UK, Ireland, and across Europe, seeks a Data Program Manager to lead the data workstream within the UK&I CIO Transformation, modernising Commercial and Specialty Lines. You will translate business challenges into data strategies, define delivery plans, and drive data initiatives using Azure, Databricks and Power Platform to deliver measurable value.

Formación
- Proven experience leading large-scale data transformation programmes in (Commercial Lines or Specialty Lines) within insurance.
- Ability to translate business problems into structured data solutions and delivery plans.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Power Platform).
Responsabilidades
- Lead the data workstream for the CL/SL Transformation programme.
- Collaborate with the Transformation team to define programme scope and prioritise delivery based on business value.
- Define data initiatives and develop a clear integrated delivery plan with value delivered incrementally.
- Own and manage the delivery plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities.
