Intact Insurance is seeking a Data Program Manager to lead the data workstream within the UK&I CIO Transformation, modernising the Commercial Line and Specialty Lines function.

You will translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions, prioritise work with the Transformation team, and deliver an integrated plan that realises value incrementally across data initiatives. This is a permanent role with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing large-scale data transformation programmes.
Ability to translate business problems into structured data solutions.
Strong understanding of data platforms and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Lead the data workstream for the CL/SL Transformation programme.
Translate business challenges into data strategies aligned with transformation goals.
Collaborate to define programme scope and prioritise delivery based on business value.
Define data initiatives and develop an integrated delivery plan with incremental value.
Own and manage the delivery plan across all data initiatives.
