Job summary
Intact Insurance seeks a senior data transformation leader to own the data roadmap and deliver modern analytics capabilities. You will partner with business, IT and data teams to drive value, adoption, and measurable outcomes across the organisation.
You will work with Azure and AWS to shape enterprise data architecture, drive governance and improve analytics maturity, while leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations.
Qualifications
- Experience leading data transformation and large-scale data projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data architecture principles.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Defining and owning the organisation's data transformation roadmap aligned with strategy and KPIs.
- Leading large-scale data transformation initiatives to deliver modern data solutions.
- Tracking the value of data and AI initiatives with clear measurement frameworks.
- Partnering with business, IT and data teams to shape requirements and timelines.
- Supporting adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform through change-management strategies.
- Managing end-to-end delivery of data transformation projects and mitigating risks.
