Intact Insurance is transforming as the new name for RSA in the UK, Ireland, and across Europe. We are recruiting a Data Management Lead to establish data quality frameworks, manage metadata and data lineage, and oversee enterprise MDM/RDM strategy within a hybrid work environment.

You will work with IT, security, and business teams to ensure regulatory compliance and secure data handling while driving data governance across customers, policies, and claims domains.

Qualifikationen

• Delivery experience to develop and execute roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Experience in data quality, metadata, lineage, MDM/RDM strategies and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with data management platforms (Purview, Collibra, Informatica) and tools.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure) and data governance tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to enforce and implement data management solutions.
• Insurance domain knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Establish and manage data quality frameworks and processes to ensure data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
• Ensure all data management practices comply with regulatory and industry standards.
• Implement systems and processes to capture and maintain metadata and data lineage for key data assets.
• Oversee enterprise MDM/RDM strategy implementation, ensuring master data is consistent and accurate across systems.
• Collaborate with enterprise data architecture, data delivery, and business teams to embed data management across the data lifecycle.
• Work with IT and security teams to ensure data is handled securely, protecting from unauthorized access, breaches, and loss.
