Job summary

MoneySupermarket Group is seeking a Data Product Lead who will bridge Data, Product and business to identify high-impact opportunities and turn them into scalable products. You will own the vision and roadmap for Advanced Analytics and MAPs, and lead a small team to deliver measurable customer and business value.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of delivering data-driven products, and the ability to work across Data Science, Data Engineering, CRM and Finance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading Data Product or Product Management initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Proven ability to translate advanced analytics into business outcomes.
• Experience working with Data Science, Data Engineering and business teams to deliver scalable products.
• Experience coaching and developing Product Managers or Data Product professionals.
• Excellent communication with senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead Data Product and Advanced Analytics initiatives aligned to the business strategy.
• Own the vision, objectives and roadmap for Advanced Analytics and MAPs.
• Define objectives, outcomes, KPIs and measures of success for products.
• Collaborate across Data Science, Data Engineering and business teams to move products from discovery to production.
• Lead, coach and develop members of the Data Product team.
