You will gather and analyse data, handle individual rights requests, and maintain regulatory documentation in collaboration with global teams. A law degree and strong IT skills are essential for this busy, detail‑driven position.

Qualifications

• A law degree.
• Excellent IT skills, including PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrable experience of working within a professional environment.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, including with senior stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and proactively and manage a busy workload.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Privacy Team, including AI and data governance programmes.
• Gather, analyse and interpret data to support advisory and operational work, including handling rights requests.
• Maintain and report documentation under Data Protection Laws; liaise with global teams.
• Manage privacy software for GDPR compliance and record-keeping.
• Triaging requests and escalating to the team as required.
• Contribute to the development of global privacy policies, guidance and templates.
