Responsibilities

• Supporting the work of the Data Privacy Team, including AI and data governance programmes.
• Gathering, analysing and interpreting data to support advisory and rights requests.
• Maintaining and reporting on documentation under data protection laws and coordinating with global teams.
• Managing and maintaining specialist privacy software for GDPR compliance and record-keeping.
• Triaging requests for support and escalating as needed.
• Contributing to the development and upkeep of global data privacy policies and templates.
• Maintaining regulatory registration and notification requirements.
• Assisting with communications, presentations and training materials.
• Supporting the global privacy compliance programme.
• Co-ordinate and maintain logs, records and trackers for compliance decisions.
• Conducting research to support the team and the business.
