Job summary

Pharmacy2U is seeking a Head of Data Engineering to lead and shape the data engineering capability. You will guide ingestion, transformation, and the migration to Microsoft Fabric, delivering trusted insights and business value.

You will manage a team of Data Engineers and partners, align with stakeholders across technology and data, and drive best practices in data modelling, automation, and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with Python or PySpark for data processing.
• Experience operating data platforms in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Fabric platform.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, pipelines, CI/CD, observability, and performance.
• Drive migration to Microsoft Fabric and modernisation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data products for analytics and operations.
• Translate business priorities into a clear data engineering roadmap.
