Job summary

Pharmacy2U is seeking a Head of Data Engineering to lead and shape our data engineering capability. You will ensure data is ingested, transformed and managed within Microsoft Fabric to deliver trusted, business-ready insights.

You will guide architecture, standards and performance across data platforms during a major transformation programme. Based in a hybrid setup (2–3 days in the Leeds office at Thorpe Park), you will lead data engineers and delivery partners, translate business priorities

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading data engineering teams.
• Experience with data platform migrations or modernization.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data modelling skills.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of Pharmacy2U's data platform.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, lakehouse architecture, data pipelines.
• Drive the Microsoft Fabric migration and modern data solutions.
• Translate business priorities into a clear data engineering roadmap.
