Job Description:

A high performing, multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund is looking to hire a Data Analyst into their growing centralized Data Management team.

The role reports to the Global Head of Data and involves working closely with Operations, Product Control, Risk, Trading, and Research teams to ensure data transmission and quality. The position has a technical/engineering focus, involving optimizing data pipelines, conducting quality checks, and acting as the interface between data sourcing and engineering.

The candidate will work on ad hoc projects, assist with testing new data onboarding platforms, and develop data governance metrics and platforms.

Candidates should have 2–7 years of experience in data operations, solutions, or governance within hedge funds, asset managers, or data vendors, with strong academic credentials and programming skills in SQL, Python, VBA, or Matlab.

The role offers a salary up to £125K plus a performance-based bonus. Initial work will be in the office five days a week, with possible WFH 1-2 days after settling in.
