A national healthcare service is seeking a Data Manager/Administrator to provide essential administrative and data support to the Family Nurse Partnership Team. The ideal candidate should possess a qualification in secretarial studies, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advisable. This role is fixed-term/secondment until January 2027, based in Wallacetown Health Centre.

The Family Nurse Partnership programme (FNP) is a preventative evidence based programme for young first‑time mothers and has been in operation in Tayside since July 2011.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Manager/Administrator to join our established Family Nurse Team in NHS Tayside, based in Wallacetown Health Centre.
The role will provide administrative and data support to the Family Nurse Partnership Team enabling the nurses and the Supervisor to fulfil aspects of their roles.
It is essential that you have a qualification in secretarial studies/administration and/or equivalent experience. Your duties will include inputting data into the FNP information systems and summarising data in preparation for standardised reports.
Duties will also include general office work including other duties as indicated by the FNP supervisors. It is essential that you have knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous experience within a healthcare setting is desirable.
Hours of duty: 37 per week worked over 5 days.
