Job summary

Kingston Grammar School is seeking a highly organised Data Manager to oversee the accuracy and integrity of academic and student data across the school. You will work with key systems such as iSAMS and My School Portal to support reporting, examinations, and daily data administration.

The role is 40 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time plus three weeks). The successful candidate will have strong organisational and analytical skills and experience with school information systems.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity and effective administration of academic and student data across the School.

Working closely with the Senior Data Analyst, Director of Studies and Examinations Officer, the successful candidate will manage key systems including iSAMS and My School Portal, support reporting and examinations processes, and ensure that student information remains accurate, accessible and compliant.

The role is offered on 40 hours a week, 38 weeks a year, term time plus three weeks (one week at end of the summer term and two weeks before the start of the autumn term).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience of working with complex databases and school information systems essential.
