Job summary

Heritage High School is seeking a full-time Data Manager to lead, manage and develop the school's performance data, including progress and achievement data.

This role also oversees the production of all student reports and the statutory school census, with strong emphasis on organisation, accuracy and effective use of MS Office.

The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week / 41 weeks per year, in a permanent role within a supportive team at Heritage High School.

Qualifications

  • Significant administration experience is required.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Experience analysing data and producing a variety of reports is essential.

  • Oversee the production of all student reports and manage their scheduled release to parents.

Grade and Salary: Grade 6 £30,609 - £33,862 actual per annum (£33,699 - £37,280 FTE)

Working pattern: 37 hours per week / 41 weeks per year

The role:

Heritage High School are looking to appoint a full time Data Manager to lead, manage and develop the school’s performance data inclusive of progress and achievement data. This role is also responsible for overseeing the production of all student reports, including the management of arrangements for their scheduled release to parents, as well as the statutory school census report.

The person:

The successful candidate will be highly organised and self-motivated and be able to demonstrate significant experience of administration and be competent on Microsoft Office applications. Experience of analysing data and the production of a variety of reports is essential.
