Job summary

ADS Group and Farnborough International are embarking on a data transformation journey. We seek a Head of Data & Analytics to lead enterprise data strategy, governance and the move to a cloud-based data platform.

You will shape the analytics roadmap, oversee AI initiatives, and build a high-performing team, partnering with senior stakeholders to turn data into strategic business value across aerospace, defence and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership in data & analytics with enterprise-scale experience.
• Cloud-based data platform implementation across large organisations.
• Expertise in data engineering, architecture, governance and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Group-wide data & analytics strategy.
• Lead development of a modern enterprise data platform and governance.
• Create a self-service analytics environment for the business.
• Oversee analytics roadmap, reporting, data architecture and AI initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Data & Analytics team.
