Job summary

Vodafone Limited is seeking a Data Engineering & Analytics Manager to lead the delivery of reliable data products powering operational insight and smarter decision‑making across ND&I. You will guide data pipelines, analytics backlogs, dashboards and data models while developing a high‑performing team and embedding governance.

You will collaborate with architects and operational teams to ensure AI readiness, automation and scalable, production‑ready datasets that meet business metrics and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data engineering and analytics delivery in complex environments.
• Strong grasp of modern data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines and APIs.
• Proven track record delivering dashboards and operational reporting products.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build and optimisation of ND&I data pipelines and data models.
• Own engineering and analytics backlog and prioritise value delivery.
• Oversee dashboards and analytical products to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of data engineers and analysts.
• Embed data quality, governance and lineage into workflows with stakeholders.
