Job summary

Smiths Detection is seeking a Transformation Office Analyst to drive data, insights and governance for a major transformation agenda. You will turn complex project data into actionable intelligence for senior leaders and act as a trusted partner to workstream leads.

You’ll develop dashboards, governance packs, and executive updates, while ensuring data accuracy and improvements across initiatives. The role blends analytical rigor with real business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master's preferred in analytics.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and MI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain transformation programme data as the organisation's single source of truth.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
• Translate programme data into clear, actionable insights.
• Analyze trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
