Job summary

A2Dominion Group is seeking a Director of Data Analytics & BI to lead the enterprise Data Strategy and shape an insight-driven future from the London area. You will report to the Chief Information Officer and drive governance, data quality, and scalable data platforms.

The role covers leadership of data governance, engineering, analytics and BI, plus shaping how AI and advanced analytics support decision-making and service delivery across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Data, Analytics, Technology or related discipline.
• Significant experience leading enterprise Data, Analytics, BI and Data Governance functions.
• Strong knowledge of modern data platforms, architectures, cloud technologies and analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver A2Dominion's Data Strategy aligning with priorities and compliance.
• Lead and develop a Data & Analytics function spanning governance, engineering, analytics and BI.
• Establish a scalable enterprise data operating model with governance ownership and accountability.
• Provide executive leadership for data governance, quality, standards, stewardship and compliance.
• Ensure trusted data definitions, lineage and controls across reporting and decision-making.
• Oversee secure, resilient data platforms, architectures and pipelines.
• Promote COPE for data products across the organisation.
• Lead adoption of advanced analytics, AI and data science delivering business value.
• Own and manage the organisation's data risk position and reporting to leadership.
• Ensure data quality and governance are effectively overseen by the Executive and Board.
