Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI with team leadership.
• Hands-on semantic modelling and analytics engineering for scalable reporting.
• Experience with AI/GenAI capabilities in analytics platforms.
• Experience managing analytics or data products and reporting solutions.
• Regulated environment and global team experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery, operation, and adoption of data, reporting, analytics and copilot-based insights.
• Own end-to-end data solutions, datasets and data products across domains.
• Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency for reporting and analytics.
• Establish and operate a centralized BI & Insights CoE with standards.
• Lead Data & AI team ensuring clear task allocation and high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with leadership to align analytics roadmap with business goals.
