Job summary

Kyowa Kirin International plc in Marlow, UK, is seeking a Data and Insights Manager to lead data, reporting, analytics, and copilot-based insights across domains. You will own end-to-end data products, datasets, and governance in alignment with regulatory expectations and global standards.

The role requires senior hands-on leadership of the Data & AI team, collaboration with stakeholders, and delivering scalable analytics across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR sectors.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI with delivery and team coordination responsibility.
• Hands-on experience in semantic modelling and analytics engineering for scalable reporting.
• Experience with AI/ML or GenAI capabilities in analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for data and analytics across domains and clusters.
• Build trusted relationships with domain stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and performant reporting solutions using the chosen stack.
• Establish a central BI & Insights CoE to standardise modelling and reporting.
