Job summary

Kyowa Kirin International plc, based in Marlow, UK, seeks a Data and Insights Manager to lead end-to-end data, reporting, analytics, and copilot-based insights across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and more.

You will own data solutions, datasets, and products, ensure regulatory compliance and quality, partner with stakeholders, and provide hands-on leadership to a Data & AI team delivering trusted analytics and impactful business outcomes in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI roles with delivery and team coordination.
Hands-on experience with semantic modelling and analytics engineering for scalable reporting.
Experience designing/operating data platforms with embedded AI/ML or GenAI capabilities.
Experience managing analytics products, datasets, or reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery, operation, and adoption of data/analytics solutions across domains.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to translate requirements into outcomes.
Ensure scalable, secure, and performant data solutions and governance across teams.
Establish a central BI & Insights CoE to standardise modelling, reporting, and insights.
