St Mungo in Bristol is seeking a proactive Data and Information Administrator to join the Bristol Outreach Service. The role focuses on data quality, reporting, and supporting performance monitoring to help end rough sleeping in the Bristol and West of England area.

You will support data systems, coordinate transfers, and work with partners to improve service outcomes while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Administrative experience, especially in managing databases and maintaining data quality.
• Good level of Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with IT and data systems.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Supporting teams to use client data systems and maintain accurate records.
• Reviewing and validating data to ensure quality and completeness.
• Producing reports, analysing trends and supporting performance monitoring.
