Rolls-Royce is seeking a Data Governance Capability Lead to embed and continuously improve governance across the Digital Factory. You will drive frameworks, policies, and guidance for data ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata and risk, working with IT, cyber, legal and risk teams to ensure governance is scalable and aligned with business needs.

• Drive enterprise governance frameworks, policies and guidance spanning ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata, and risk.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to translate governance concepts into tangible business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, operating model, standards and measures for Data Governance.
• Drive rollout of skills frameworks and learning plans for Data Users, Data Owners and Data Stewards.
• Establish communities of practice, coach stakeholders and address gaps through training or change.
• Shape governance tooling requirements and establish maturity measures, KPIs and dashboards.
