Rolls-Royce is seeking a Data Governance Capability Lead to join the Central Digital Factory in Derby. The role focuses on embedding and maturing data governance, defining strategy, operating models, standards and measures to treat data as a strategic asset.

You will drive policies, governance tooling and practical guidance across ownership, stewardship, quality, metadata and risk. You will collaborate across business, IT, cyber, architecture, legal and risk teams to ensure scalable governance

Qualifikationen

• Experience embedding and maturing data governance capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex governance concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience building governance tooling, KPIs and dashboards.

• Embed and continuously improve the Data Governance capability across the organisation.
• Lead the rollout of governance frameworks, policies and guidance.
• Define maturity measures, KPIs and dashboards to track adoption and value.
• Engage with data owners, stewards and users to ensure consistent practices.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, risk and cyber teams to align governance with business needs.
