Job summary

dxw is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for client projects across the UK. You will work in multidisciplinary teams, turning diverse data into reliable, usable datasets and supporting AI-ready data solutions.

The role requires adaptability to various tools and client environments, with flexible working options. You’ll collaborate with technologists across disciplines, contribute to architectural decisions and ensure data quality, security

Qualifications

Experience building and maintaining data pipelines in production.
Experience with data modelling and transforming data into usable structures.
Proficient in Python and SQL.
Experience with cloud-based data technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Airflow).

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain data pipelines that collect, transform and move data between systems.
Develop reliable and maintainable data models that make data useful and accessible.
Work with a wide range of data types and sources, including structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
Support AI readiness and data solutions in projects, including preparing data for machine learning.
